This extension adds two growing positions to an existing Easy2Grow installation. The two 8.5 L pots share a tray and a valve, allowing you to expand without adding another reservoir. It suits growers who already have a suitable water supply and want to retain the same gravity-fed watering principle.

How it works
The AQUAvalve5 receives water from the 9 mm network and controls tray filling. It shuts off the inlet at the operating level, then waits until the water has been used before filling again. The module needs no pump or timer for this control. It must, however, connect to a correctly raised reservoir and compatible pipework.

Compatibility and accessory selection
The matching starting point is the Easy2Grow 2 × 8.5 L kit with its 47 L reservoir. AutoPot recommends reviewing reservoir capacity beyond six Easy2Grow pots and using a 16 mm main supply pipe beyond six pots. An original 6 mm AQUAvalve does not directly replace the valve in this module.
Installation
Place the tray on a level, stable support. Raise the reservoir at least 15 cm above the highest valve. Use a free-draining growing medium and allow plants to establish after their first watering, generally 7–10 days according to the instructions, before opening the supply. Clean the undersides of the pots before placing them in the tray.
Maintenance
Regularly check the reservoir level, filter and pipework. Refill before the reservoir runs empty. Keep trays and valves free of debris, and clean components according to their instructions between crops. Any nutrients used must be compatible with your system generation.

Is a reservoir included?
No. This extension contains the two pots and their water-control module; connect it to an existing reservoir or purchase one separately.
Can I connect it to an older 6 mm system?
Not directly. This extension has an AQUAvalve5 for 9 mm pipework. The network and fittings must be adapted consistently before connecting it.
