The Easy2Grow kit brings together the reservoir, pots and water control needed for two growing positions. Its twin-pot tray keeps the plants together, making it easier to organise a small greenhouse, sheltered balcony or suitable indoor space. You refill the reservoir and check the installation; the valve controls water entering the tray.

How it works
Water flows from the raised reservoir to the AQUAvalve5. The valve fills the tray to approximately 20 mm, shuts off the supply and waits until the water has been used before starting another cycle. Basic watering requires no pump, electricity or timer. Refill intervals depend on the plants, conditions and growing medium: a 47 L capacity does not mean a fixed number of unattended days.

Compatibility and accessory selection
To expand the system, choose the Easy2Grow 2 × 8.5 L extension with 9 mm fittings. Square Marix discs fit the bases of these pots. A replacement 6 mm AQUAvalve does not directly replace the AQUAvalve5 supplied with this kit.
Installation
Place the tray on a level, stable support. Raise the reservoir at least 15 cm above the highest valve. Use a free-draining growing medium and allow plants to establish after their first watering, generally 7–10 days according to the instructions, before opening the supply. Clean the undersides of the pots before placing them in the tray.
Maintenance
Regularly check the reservoir level, filter and pipework. Refill before the reservoir runs empty. Keep trays and valves free of debris, and clean components according to their instructions between crops. Any nutrients used must be compatible with your system generation.
Practical questions
Does the kit need a power socket?
Water is supplied by gravity and controlled mechanically. Basic watering therefore needs no pump, power socket or timer.
Can I add two more pots?
Yes, using the Easy2Grow 9 mm extension. Size the reservoir and pipework for the complete installation and check their capacity before adding further modules.
