Calculation method
To make the calculation, I will take as an example a lamp of 200Watts (ATTIS 200W, Rhino Series 260W PRO V3, GVL SPOT V3, TGL 220, SpectraWILD S240... ) which illuminates during 18h per day in growth phase!
Important to remember: to calculate the consumption during the growth of your plants, it will be necessary to count 0.08€ per watt per month. While for the flowering, you will have to consider a monthly cost of 0.05€ per watt!

The calculation is very simple: growing consumption X product power = consumption per month
