Frequently asked questions
Your questions
Hi, is the Prima Klima WHSP ESM 125mm extractor really silent in operation? I need a powerful model that doesn't disturb in a living room. Thank you!
The Prima Klima WHSP ESM 125mm extractor is powerful with its flow rate of 450 m³/h thanks to its efficient EC motor, but it may emit high-frequency beeps at low speed, which can feel like an annoying noise in a living room. If silence is a top priority, models like the WHSP A or the WHSP L are specifically designed to be quieter while remaining effective, ideal for a calm environment.
Is the Prima Klima WHSP ESM 125mm 450m3h extractor quiet enough for a 80x80 cm grow room?
The Prima Klima WHSP ESM 125 mm extractor, with its 450 m³/h, is perfectly suited for an 80x80 cm grow room. Its design with an EC ebm-papst motor, optimized blade geometry, and soundproof housing ensures very quiet operation, ideal for minimizing noise disturbances.
The only minor point to note is that at low speed, the motor may emit some high-frequency beeps that can be perceptible in a very quiet environment, but this remains marginal.
In summary, this extractor combines performance and discretion, making it an excellent choice for a compact space like yours.
Does the Prima Klima WHSP ESM 125mm extractor support continuous use without overheating?
The Prima Klima WHSP ESM Ø125 mm extractor is equipped with an EC motor, recognized for its energy efficiency and robustness, suitable for continuous use. Its moderate consumption of 29 W and its ability to operate up to 50°C indicate that it can run without overheating, provided that the installation complies with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Good ventilation of the room and regular maintenance are essential to ensure this optimal operation in the long term.
Is the mounting system included with the Prima Klima WHSP ESM extractor Ø125mm 450m3h?
The mounting system is generally not included with the Prima Klima WHSP ESM – Ø125 mm – 450 m³/h extractor. Usually, the necessary brackets or clamps for installation must be purchased separately. For optimal installation, we recommend considering these suitable accessories, available in our store.
Is the Prima Klima WHSP ESM 125mm 450m³/h extractor sufficient for a micro-culture of 60x60x160 cm?
The Prima Klima WHSP ESM Ø125mm - 450m³/h extractor is more than sufficient for a micro-culture of 60x60x160 cm. The volume of your space is approximately 0.58 m³, and an air exchange per minute requires a flow rate of about 35 m³/h, which is well below the 450 m³/h provided by this extractor.
You will therefore have an excellent air flow to maintain a healthy atmosphere and avoid stagnation. Just remember to adjust the speed if necessary to limit turbulence and provide an optimal environment for your plants.
