In theory, yes, but in practice, I do not recommend it for optimal results. Horticultural LEDs are specifically designed for plant growth, with a light spectrum adapted to photosynthesis. Ordinary (household) LEDs have a spectrum optimized for the human eye, not for plants, and their intensity is often insufficient. You risk getting leggy and weak plants. Investing in LED lights dedicated to horticulture will always be more effective.

For overwintering, I generally recommend a full spectrum light. It is the most versatile and best mimics natural sunlight, which is ideal for maintaining the overall health of your plants. A spectrum with a dominant blue and red is also very effective: blue promotes vegetative growth and red is important for flowering and fruiting, even if during overwintering, the goal is often to slow down these processes. The idea is to provide a balance to avoid any light stress.
