When choosing a main grow light, the ThinkGrow Model I Plus offers a configuration to assess against your desired spectrum and crop layout. The Model I Plus uses a V-shaped panel and integrated driver at a 720 W rating. Its four channels are white, deep red, far red and UV. PPF exceeds 1,944 µmol/s and the fixture is rated IP66. These specifications distinguish it from the standard Model I with the same wattage.
Choose by the light your plants need
Electrical power places this model within the range, but wattage alone cannot determine which light you need. PPF describes the total photon output per second within the measured wavelength range. It does not tell you how much light reaches each plant. Hanging height, fixture spacing and obstacles all affect the actual distribution. When planning a setup, consider the crop layout alongside measurements taken at canopy height. A single power figure cannot replace that assessment.
