Frequently asked questions
Your questions
What is the actual lumens per watt ratio of the SpectraBUD X400 over a surface of 1.2m x 1.2m under optimal conditions, especially during the flowering phase with the booster, and how does this translate in terms of energy yield per plant?
The SpectraBUD X400 consumes 400W to illuminate an area of approximately 1.2 m x 1.2 m (1.44 m²). Although the exact lumens per watt ratio is not provided, a high luminous efficacy of around 100-140 lumens/watt can be estimated thanks to its premium Osram LEDs. Under optimal conditions with the booster during the flowering phase, this lamp provides dense light perfectly suited for photosynthesis, promoting good foliage penetration. This efficient luminous efficacy translates into excellent conversion of electrical energy into useful light, optimizing growth and yield per plant on this surface. The power evenly distributed over 1.44 m² ensures intense lighting, allowing for a high energy yield per plant, ideal for maximal flowering.
At a 90-degree angle, is the SpectraBUD X400 still ideal for a micro space grow of 60x60 cm?
The SpectraBUD X400 with its 90° angle is perfectly suited for a micro space grow of 60x60 cm. This angle allows for intense and concentrated light, ideal for optimizing growth in a restricted space.
