24 h after dispatch
Chronopost 24 h or UPS Express: delivery the day after dispatch, tracked by e-mail and text message. UPS Saver guarantees this transit time Monday to Friday.

Is my parcel discreet?
Yes. No logo, no mention of the contents on the outside of the box. Only the carrier's shipping label is visible.
Until what time can I order for same-day dispatch?
14 h on a working day for FAST items (in stock for the ordered quantity). After that, they leave the next working day. The dispatch time of other items is shown on their product page and in the cart.
How to Track My Order?
You receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and an SMS from the carrier as delivery approaches. Tracking is also available in your account.
What if the product doesn't suit me?
You have 14 days to change your mind. Return conditions are detailed in our terms and conditions.
