Refund Policy

This refund policy is concluded on the one hand by the company G & E and managing the site www.growled.fr and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.growled.fr. hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
How long is the return period?

Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the cost of return. We have extended this repayment period to 14 days. Every buyer who is not satisfied with the product can return it within the same period of 14 days. After this 14-day period, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.
And for defective items?

All products provided by the company G & E benefit from the legal guarantee provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the company G & E who will resume, exchange or refund. Each defective item sold by G & E may be returned to the same company within 2 years for exchange, replacement or refund.
And for delivery costs?

 When a product is returned to the company G & E for non-satisfaction, and while it is not damaged, the buyer is responsible for paying the delivery costs himself. For the return of a defective item, the company G & E will pay the delivery costs.
