Cli-mate Hybrid Controller
Ventilation regulation • Two current ratings: 7 A or 12 A
The Hybrid Controller completes the Cli-mate ventilation regulation range, in 7 A or 12 A depending on the power of your installation. Like the brand’s other controllers, it sits between the mains socket and your extractors to drive their speed.
Two ratings, one selection criterion: add up the draw of the motors you intend to connect and take the version above that total.
Choosing between 7 A and 12 A
That is the only real decision to make. The current rating must cover the combined draw of everything you connect to the controller. An undersized unit heats up and eventually trips; a generously sized one causes no operating problem at all.
Where it sits in the range
If you want smooth progressive regulation, the hysteresis controller suits better. If you want to drive humidity and lighting alongside ventilation, look at the multifunction stations. The Hybrid Controller stays on the core need: regulating ventilation.
