Cli-mate Twin Controller

The Twin Controller drives extraction and intake separately, with independent settings. Two controls set it apart: the minimum speed of both flows, and the negative pressure — that is, the gap you want to keep between air going out and air coming in.
The negative pressure setting is odour control: by extracting slightly more than you blow in, air can only leave through the carbon filter. No leaks through zips or cable ports.
Why adjust intake and exhaust separately
A single controller driving two fans makes them run at the same pace. Yet extraction and intake almost never share the same needs: duct lengths differ, a carbon filter restricts extraction, motors have different flow rates. Independent settings let you genuinely balance the two flows.
Negative pressure, the unit’s most useful setting
Maintaining a slight negative pressure in the grow space means extracting a little more air than you bring in. The direct consequence: all outgoing air must pass through the carbon filter. Tent walls draw in slightly — the visual sign that the setting is right.
Two outputs, two combined ratings
Versions are stated as 4+4 A and 12+12 A: the first figure applies to each output, giving 8 A and 24 A in total. Check each motor’s draw separately, not just the total — it is the per-output limit that counts.

GrowLED tip :
To set negative pressure without an instrument: raise extraction, then intake, until the tent walls draw in very slightly and evenly. If they deform markedly, you are extracting too much and straining the filter for nothing.
