The Total Controller automates every parameter of a grow room from a single unit: lighting (timer for two lamp groups), humidity (humidifier or dehumidifier as needed), daytime ventilation against heat build-up and night-time heating when temperature drops too far.
One device instead of four: timer, thermostat, humidistat and fan controller combined, with setpoints that talk to each other instead of conflicting.
Two lamp groups, two possible schedules
The built-in timer drives two separate lighting groups. You can therefore stagger switch-on to smooth the inrush current, or run two spaces on different cycles from the same unit.
Ventilate by day, heat by night
This is the unit’s most useful logic. While the lamps are on, their heat must be removed: the controller drives ventilation. Once they go off, the problem reverses and temperature can fall: it then switches to heating control, up to 2,400 W.
A fine differential on both quantities
The manufacturer states a differential of 1 °C and ±5 % relative humidity per step. That is what stops an appliance cycling on and off around the threshold — behaviour that wears equipment and destabilises the climate.
Size it properly before ordering
Two limits to check: 7 A for overall current, 2,400 W for the heating output. On lighting, the manufacturer’s qualified capacity is 4 × 600 W. Allow margin: on a station driving four appliance families, headroom costs less than a replacement.

GrowLED tip :
Set the night heating setpoint at least two degrees below the daytime ventilation one. Too close together, the two functions take turns endlessly: heating replaces what ventilation just removed, and you pay twice for the same energy.
