Natural Composition & Structure of the Substrate
Mills Light Mix soil combines 30% black peat, 25% white peat, 20% structured mix, 15% peat moss fibers and 10% 0-6 mm perlite , enriched with lime. This mix ensures a perfect balance between root aeration, water retention and drainage, thanks to a fine-medium particle size derived from naturally occurring components.

How often should I water with Light Mix?
It is recommended to water when the surface of the substrate begins to dry out, on average every 3 to 5 days depending on conditions. This air/water balance limits water stress and promotes root oxygenation even after heavy irrigation.
Gentle Pre-fertilization & Nutritional Autonomy
Mills Light Mix incorporates a gentle pre-fertilization (NPK 14-16-18 at 1 kg/m³) , guaranteeing nutrient autonomy of 7 to 10 days for seedlings, cuttings and young shoots. This substrate is ideal for crops requiring precise control of nutrition from the second week.
