How to Use the Cyclone 15 cm Clip Fan?
Because the airflow stays fixed once the head is set, positioning matters even more than it would on a motorised model. A few simple rules are enough.
- Never Aim Directly at a Plant — A constant stream trained on the same foliage causes localised desiccation (windburn): leaf edges curl and claw. Point the fan just above the canopy instead, or into the gap between plants.
- Bounce the Air off a Wall — Aiming the head at a wall or tent panel turns a directional stream into a soft, diffuse circulation that sweeps the whole volume. It is the best way to cover a wide area with a single unit.
- One Fan per Square Metre — In a space of 1 m² or more, two units aimed in opposition create a far more even circulation loop than one unit alone, for a combined power draw that remains negligible.
- Match the Speed to the Stage — Low speed during germination and cloning, when young plants cannot handle a sustained stream. High speed in bloom, when canopy density and LED heat call for more vigorous air movement.
