Product concerned: BIOBIZZ CALMAG, liquid fertiliser, available in 250 ml, 500 ml, 1 litre and 5 litres. The recall concerns batch CM-231003-5 of the 1-litre format. As an extension measure, sale of all CALMAG formats and batches has been suspended pending further information from the manufacturer. The batch number appears on the label affixed to the container.
Hazard: official analyses have established that this product contains benzisothiazolinone without this presence being indicated on its label. Contact with the product may cause an allergic skin reaction, without the user being warned of this. The analyses also established that the soluble calcium content is far lower than that stated on the packaging. The product has been declared non-compliant and dangerous by the authorities.
What you must do: stop using this product immediately, even diluted. Keep the container closed, out of the reach of children.
Your rights: you may obtain, free of charge and at your choice, a full refund of the product or its replacement with a safe product of the same type, of at least equivalent value and quality. Return costs are borne by us.
