Frequently asked questions
Your questions
What is the mist output in liters per hour for the mist maker with 5 heads and what maximum volume can it effectively humidify?
The ultrasonic mist maker with five heads delivers a mist with an output of about 0.5 liters per hour, which can vary from 0.4 to 1.2 liters depending on conditions, especially the presence of ventilation.
It is designed to effectively humidify indoor growing spaces, with no strict maximum volume, as effectiveness will depend largely on ventilation and the area to cover. To optimize diffusion, it is advised to use a fan to evenly distribute the mist in the air.
In practice, you choose the water tank capacity according to your needs, with the mist maker operating with a floating ball in this tank.
Is the Mist Maker 5 heads compatible with a bright LED SCROG space to maintain a stable humidity level without the risk of excessive condensation?
The Mist Maker Ultrasonic Fogger - 5 Heads is perfectly suited to increase and stabilize humidity levels in a SCROG space under LED lighting. Its capacity to produce between 1600 and 1900 ml of fog per hour is well-suited for medium to large growing volumes, typical of a SCROG tent.
However, to avoid excessive condensation, it is essential to integrate effective ventilation and a constant air exchange. LEDs emit little heat, which reduces the risk of condensation on hot surfaces, but excess humidity without proper ventilation can create problems. Using a hygrostat coupled with automatic ventilation will help maintain an optimal balance.

Proper maintenance and a well-ventilated environment also help prevent any degradation or overheating. Thus, under good conditions, this fogger can support continuous operation without issues.
What is the maximum area that this ultrasonic mist maker with 5 heads can effectively cover to maintain a stable humidity level in indoor cultivation?
The ultrasonic mist maker with 5 heads disperses a fine, cool mist that is ideal for maintaining stable humidity in indoor cultivation. Its capacity of about 0.4 to 1.2 liters per hour allows it to effectively cover medium to large volumes, but the exact area depends heavily on the ventilation and layout of your space.
To optimize its effectiveness, a ventilation system is recommended to distribute humidity well and prevent localized condensation. Generally, this type of mist maker is well suited for cultivation rooms of several square meters, but adjustments should always be made according to your specific needs.
What is the power consumption of this mist maker and is it possible to adjust the intensity of the mist to limit the noise generated?
The Ultrasonic Mist Maker - 5 Heads consumes approximately 100 watts per hour, which is quite energy-efficient for significant mist production. Regarding the regulation of the mist intensity, this model does not have an integrated adjustment. However, it is sometimes possible to add an external dimmer to adjust the power and thus reduce the noise, but this is not officially planned or guaranteed for this product.
Do the 5 heads of the Mist Maker ensure uniform and stable mist diffusion over several months without a drop in performance?
The ultrasonic mist maker Mist Maker - 5 Heads offers powerful diffusion and a very fine mist thanks to its five heads, promoting good moisture distribution. However, the stability and uniformity of the diffusion over several months depend not only on the number of heads but especially on the quality of the water used (preferably demineralized or rainwater), as well as regular maintenance of the heads.
Without appropriate monitoring and maintenance, performance may decrease. To ensure effective and lasting diffusion, also consider using a fan to properly distribute the mist in your growing space.
What misting rate can be expected with this Mist Maker 5 heads in a 1m³ growing space and how to adjust it to avoid excess humidity?
The Mist Maker Ultrasonic Mist Device – 5 heads generates a fine mist of about 1.5 to 1.6 liters of water per hour, which rapidly increases the relative humidity in a growing space of approximately 1 m³.
To avoid excess humidity, it is essential to regulate its operation, ideally in intermittent mode, for example, 1 minute of misting every 5 to 10 minutes depending on the hygrometric conditions. Using a humidistat or a timer allows for effective control to maintain a stable humidity level.
Finally, good ventilation of the growing tent and precise dosing of the water volume in the device (with a recommended distance of 30 to 50 mm between the water surface and the membranes) are essential for optimal operation without the risk of condensation.
Ultrasonic mist maker 5 heads: Can multiple units be combined without the risk of over-humidification in a 1x1 box under LED?
For a 1x1 m growing box under LED, a 5 head ultrasonic mist maker is generally sufficient to increase humidity without the risk of runoff or mold, thanks to its fine misting of about 1.5 liters of water per hour.
Combining multiple units in such a small space can quickly lead to over-humidification, which promotes mold formation or an environment that is too humid for plants. It is therefore important to carefully monitor humidity using a hygrometer and ensure good ventilation.
If you want to optimize humidity, also consider using demineralized water and installing the mist makers with suitable floats to ensure effective misting without direct contact with the plants.
In summary, a single 5 head mist maker is ideal for this size of box; multiple units require very careful climate management to avoid any issues.
Can we independently regulate the intensity or frequency of mist production on this 5-head Mist Maker to optimize humidity according to the growth stage under LED?
The Ultrasonic Mist Maker - 5 Heads does not allow for independent adjustment of mist production intensity or frequency, whether for each head or overall. Its ultrasonic technology operates at a fixed frequency, generating a constant output of about 1500 ml/h without available modulation.
To adjust humidity according to your needs and growth stages under LED, you will need to control the duration of usage (turning on/off) rather than through automatic mist variation. For more precise control, you may pair this mist maker with a timer or an external humidity controller.
mist maker 5 heads easy to maintain and suitable for an 80x80 box? how long can it run without pause?
