Help & advice

Frequently asked questions

About Cosmorrow Kit — click a question to see the answer.

How do I install my Cosmorrow Kit?

Installing the Cosmorrow Kit is truly simple and intuitive. I recommend starting by attaching the LED bars to your chosen support, whether it's a grow tent or a shelf. Then, simply connect the bars to the provided power supply. The system is designed to be modular, so you can arrange them as you wish to optimize the light coverage for your plants.

What power should I choose for my Cosmorrow Kit?

The choice of power will primarily depend on the size of your growing space and the specific needs of your plants. For small areas or seedlings, low power may suffice. For flowering or more demanding plants, I recommend opting for higher power or adding additional bars. Feel free to consult the specifications of each model to find the one that best suits your expectations.

What is the Cosmorrow Kit used for?

The Cosmorrow Kit is used to provide high-quality LED lighting for indoor plant cultivation. Thanks to its optimized light spectrum, it stimulates growth, flowering, and fruiting. It's a versatile solution that I use for many applications, from seedlings to mother plants, as well as hydroponic cultures. It's an excellent investment for any grower.

Is the Cosmorrow Kit suitable for flowering?

Absolutely! The Cosmorrow Kit is particularly suitable for flowering. It features a light spectrum designed to promote this crucial phase of plant development. What I often see is that users achieve excellent results in terms of floral production and harvest quality thanks to this lighting. Its full spectrum is a major asset.

What is the difference between Cosmorrow Kit and traditional HPS/MH lighting?

The main difference lies in technology and efficiency. Cosmorrow Kits, being LEDs, are much more energy-efficient, emit less heat, and have a much longer lifespan (50,000 hours). HPS/MH are effective but consume more, generate more heat, and require more frequent replacements. If I had to choose, for modern and optimized cultivation, I would undoubtedly opt for LED for its versatility and long-term performance. You can learn more about cultivation solutions in this article.

What distance should I maintain between the Cosmorrow Kit and my plants?

The ideal distance between the Cosmorrow Kit and your plants will depend on the power of your lighting and the growth phase. Generally, I recommend starting at a distance of about 20 to 40 cm for young plants and adjusting it gradually. Always observe your plants' reaction: if they show signs of burning or stress, move the light a little further away. For flowering, you can sometimes bring it a little closer to maximize light intensity.

How long should I keep the Cosmorrow Kit on per day?

The daily lighting time varies depending on your plants' growth phase. For the vegetative phase (growth), I generally recommend a cycle of 18 hours of light and 6 hours of darkness. For flowering, you need to switch to a cycle of 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness to trigger and support floral production. This is a golden rule in horticulture that I systematically apply.

Is the Cosmorrow Kit waterproof and durable?

Yes, absolutely! That's one of the great advantages of the Cosmorrow Kit. It is designed to be waterproof and very durable. With an advertised lifespan of 50,000 hours, you won't have to worry about replacing it anytime soon. Its robustness makes it ideal for indoor growing environments where humidity can be a factor. It's a reliable long-term investment.
